Enjoying a three day weekend thus far. Jamie popped up the other day after a 12 day hiatus. We talked and what not, so we shall see where that leads, there are no promises, and I think that’s where it should be. I’m hopeful, but realistic considering the recent past. And there are things in the present that I’m not sure I can compete with but I won’t get into that. Yesterday was ‘Wingfest 2009′ at Conner & Framp’s house, complete with wings, beer, and things to explode. We only nearly set the neighbor’s house on fire maybe once with an errant Chinese-made explosive. Bless America, where we celebrate our independence with poorly made yet highly entertaining foreign-made explosive devices. The agenda for the day involves the beach. On a holiday weekend. Heaven help is. It’ll be packed in like sardines…
