CA Ban on Same-Sex Marriage Ruled Unconstitutional

This will be interesting to see how all the other states will react. This establishes precedent and I expect that there will be other suits against other states that allowed blatant discrimination to be voted into law.   CNN’s story: here. I imagine if the SCOTUS affirms the decision that will only help the cause.
