I’m Still Sweating
It was soooo damned hot this weekend, but it didn’t prevent this weekend from not sucking! Friday we slowly sweated at Starbucks, and on Saturday I did some more of the landscaping in the backyard. It was damned hot. Afterward met Meegan and Justin at Starbucks again and then went out downtown in George in the monsoon. The rain apparently kept all the ‘mos away because it was d-e-a-d. Sunday finally went grocery shopping (three weeks too late) and then met Justin and Coleman downtown for some boozing, under the guise of going to Harbor Fest. Yeah. Not so much Harbor, but more so much drinks and dinner…haha. Had a good time, came home and now back to work. Weekend in a nutshell.
Here’s to hoping that this week isn’t as sweltering as the weekend was!
