Yardwork!

Eric has had plans to do a brick border around the gardens in the front yard, and replace the mulch with rock. So on Friday six tons of rock was delivered, and then later in the day we went and got 160 ‘castlewall’ bricks from Lowe’s.
And today I thought I’d amuse myself by doing the front part of the garden. It took me about three hours to get it done.
Our next task is to excavate all the mulch and truck it around back. We also have to outline the smaller side garden, as well as the garden in the middle of the front yard with the tree in it.
I’m a little red from the sun now. Wasn’t out there long, but it didn’t take that long to get the exposure.
