Pleased!

Decided to think about what I’m pleased about this morning…
I am pleased that I am actually doing well this morning before work, as far as time is concerned (Though posting this will likely not help). I have a specific timetable I like to meet when I have to work. Up at 0545, usually right in the shower. If I wake up early (I usually wake up just prior to the alarm…it almost never wakes me up), then I check email or whatever and then shower. After that I do the whole get-ready-for-work thing. I like to be out of the bathroom by 0610-0615 and be dressed and eating breakfast by 0620. That leaves me 20 minutes before I have to leave at 0640 to get to work with some time to spare. Lately it’s been like 0635 when I get sit down to eat. Blah.
I am pleased that my phone appears to be behaving normally. I did a hard reset and restored it to factory conditions and then I selectively restored some programs from my backup and it’s nice and speedy. I think when I started just dumping some apps on it from the old phone it goofed it up. Time will tell. It was locking up on its own on Wed/Thu and was pissing me off. Go to pick it up off the desk and it’d be all warm from discharging, because it was doing ’something.’ It wouldn’t respond to anything. Stupid phone. We’ll see. I have until 23 Feb to turn it in with Verizon’s 30 day thing.
I am pleased that the damned acne is clearing up on my neck. The stuff I bought is a pain in the ass but it’s working. The cleanser looks like white latex paint and it smells. The ‘toner’ works fine - it appears/acts/smells like a Clearasil pad, and then the last step, the lotion just stinks. A metallic smell, and my face is kinda ick feeling afterwards. But it’s working!
I am pleased that an issue at work ended up being minor and was not as big a deal as I had feared. Yeah. Oops.
I am pleased that I passed the final on my first online course with ERAU and ended the course with an overall 97.2% average. I enjoy the money from the GI Bill 
, though nearly all of it goes to the course cost and the exorbitant price of books.
I am pleased that I had a good time the other night. Meeting new people is alway nice, and even better when they’re cute…haha.
I am pleased that Friday is over and that means I have two days left to work this weekend.
I’m pleased it’s 0640 and this post didn’t make me late!
