Security Measures
By Chris | January 27, 2008
I have enacted measures to prevent non-registered users from viewing certain entries. If there was an entry before, and now you no longer see it - that’s why. There is no indication that a post is hidden or not, you’ll see it if you’re logged in, and you won’t if you’re not.
Users who want to see these entries will be required to register. It’s nothing special, just wanted to keep some nosy bitches browsers out of some of the posts. No, I won’t send you spam, nor will I do anything shady with your information (it’s very limited info anyways).
My reason for this: Sad to say that in this day and age that people can’t just worry about themselves and feel the need to interfere unnecessarily.
There will be some more modifications to the site in the future, however for current users that I know are real people there shouldn’t be any changes you’ll notice.
- If you were a registered user but you can no longer log in, please re-register. I deleted those users that appeared to have fake email addresses (yes, I do check all the new users to see if you’re real).
