zOMG! Power is out!

Quick! Your power just went out! What do you do!? I know! Call 911. Yes, it’s totally NOT an emergency, and yes, it IS illegal, but you just don’t know any better. You feel you must share this information with the police department. Then, you get dejected when they tell you to call the power company.
We have a generator. Our power doesn’t go out.
