OSHA’s report on the Sofa Super Store (S3) fire has been released on the P&C’s site.  S3 got over $30K in fines, and CFD got a paltry $9K.  Good to know, that at least to SC OSHA, one dead fireman is work about $1K each.  While I think we all knew the business was guilty [...]
