P&C Article on Officer Wells

The Post & Courier has a good story about one of the deceased Moncks Corner PD officers, Lonnie Wells.
Update 3-26-07 @ 1130 :  Cpl Stiles was removed from life support this morning and has also passed away.

All the news reports last night, and the P&C’s story this morning, state that Cpl Stiles is still at Trident and alive.  We were initially advised that both had passed away by Central dispatch up in Moncks Corner.  Hopefully they were wrong and he is still alive!

We’ve found out that two Moncks Corner PD units have been shot, one killed, one critical in the Moncks Corner area. The suspect has been taken care of by Berkeley County S.O.
