When you call 911 (or the police dept admin lines), and you’re asked where you live, the appropriate answer is not the name of the city in which you reside, nearby street, or the subdivision. Made-up example:
[911 Rings]
Dispatcher: “911, what’s your emergency?”
Caller: “I need the police at my house, someone hit my [...]
