Oh, just lovely.

Welllll…..let's see…. the last entry of any substance was on Christmas Eve. So where to start. On Christmas I went with my family to my uncle's house in New Jersey. It was nice seeing everyone, most of them were surprised to see me, as my mother had not even told them. So that was nice…and then I got bored of the whole family thing. I managed to wake up early enough to leave so I could get back to Chasn sometime at a decent hour. Well, traffic sucked ass and I was every minute of 12 hours to get back. When I got my shit unpacked and headed to W. Ashley for a friend's boxing day party. Then I got back and went to bed for much needed sleep. I worked the next two days, nothing of note. Uhh, I was off Thurs and got a new desk and a cordless drill with some money that my dad got me and I spent most of the day putting the desk together and intermittantly running fire calls, which added only 3 hours to the assembly time. One of them was an actual fire…dryer fire at a laundromat. Nothing to special, pulled what was burning out and then put it out on the floor. Then today prior to work I had a fire in Co 4's district and it could have been a good one. Sofa and a hutch burned up in a trailer. I was right in front of the station when we got toned out so I went in and we took Engine 23. So much for getting the oil changed in my car today!

In other news, Conner has some friends in from Cola that he went to HS with. There's like five of them. I'm unclear as to whether they invited themselves or whether it was a mutual thing or not. It's a traditional New Year's thing from what I understand. In any event the Greyson Cir Boarding House seems to be full. I'm looking forward to being the PT Janitor (rolls eyes). Speaking of New Years…hard to believe 2005 is over in less than 24 hours…although time marches on, and aside from humans nothing else on the planet notices or cares what year it is anyways. Okay, I am fucking tired and it's time to head to the house (I am currently at work)…so until next time..
