The number of robberies this year downtown Chasn have increased only slightly since last year. They are, in fact, lower than the number in 2003. But, for some reason they seem to focus more on it this year…why, you ask? Whiny college students. Mommy and daddy can't have their little kiddy-poo unsafe when they're drunk/stoned underaged/illegal in the middle of the night.
