So I got a letter from the Homeowner's Association.  The Nazis that they are already charge the exorbitant amount of $140/mo for the regime fee.  Yes, that's alot…but, in their defense, it covers water & sewer, lawn care (cutting, gardening & watering), cleaning the bldgs twice a year, and street maintenance.  I think it's quite high..the [...]
